How it works

1. Book Online

Choose a preferred rental date and time

2. Pay and Sign Agreement 

Full payment, including security deposit and signed rental agreement 

​

3. Receive access code 

Your private door code will be sent before your booking and will only work during your reserved rental time.

4. Serve your clients 

Arrive, set up, and enjoy a professional luxury suite experience.

Daily Rental Policy

By booking a Vlux Daily Suite Rental, you agree to follow all policies listed below.

​

Access and rental times. 

Hours of operation 7am-8pm

Access is only permitted during your reserved rental period. Early entry and late checkout are not allowed unless approved in advance. Door codes are unique to each renter and will expire after the reservation ends.

Renters may not share their access code with anyone.

Payment and booking

 $50/day +$50 security deposit required to book. Security deposit will be refunded after check out, and everything is left in proper order 

​

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings are non-refundable. One reschedule may be allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice, based on availability.

No-shows will forfeit their rental payment.

The deposit may be kept if there is damage, excessive mess, missing items, late checkout, unauthorized guests, or violation of suite policies.

Additional repair, replacement, or cleaning fees may be charged if damages exceed the deposit amount.

Professional Use Only

The daily suite is available for licensed or trained beauty professionals only. The space may be used for approved beauty services only.

Subleasing, transferring your booking, or allowing another professional to work under your reservation is not permitted.

Cleanliness Requirements

Renters must leave the suite clean and reset before checking out.

Before leaving, you must:

• Sweep hair and debris

• Wipe down all surfaces

• Remove trash

• Clean any equipment used

• Return furniture to its original position

• Turn off lights and appliances

• Lock the suite door

Failure to clean properly may result in a cleaning fee of $50–$100.

Supplies & Equipment

The suite is furnished for professional use. Renters are responsible for bringing their own tools, products, towels, capes, sanitation products, and service supplies.

Any damaged or malfunctioning equipment must be reported immediately.

Clients & Guests

Only clients receiving services are allowed in the suite. Extra guests, children, and visitors are not permitted unless approved.

Renters are responsible for the behavior, safety, and conduct of their clients at all times.

Building Rules

To maintain a luxury professional environment, the following are not allowed:

• Smoking or vaping

• Alcohol or illegal substances

• Loud music

• Loitering in hallways

• Use of other suites

• Overnight stays

• Sharing door codes

• Removing or damaging property

Music must remain at a respectful volume.

Liability

Vlux Suites is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Renters are responsible for their own business, tools, products, clients, and services provided inside the suite.

Renters assume full responsibility for any injury, damage, or incident caused by themselves or their clients.

Policy Violations

Vlux Suites reserves the right to deny future bookings, terminate access, charge fees, or remove renters from the premises for policy violations.
